Hi there—I’m Dexter “Dex” Williams, Founder and Principal Consultant of Williams Consulting Firm, LLC. I’m an Environmental Health & Safety leader with over a decade of hands-on experience in high-risk industries like aerospace, nuclear power, manufacturing, and maritime.

Along the way I’ve:

• Launched Amazon’s sole COVID-19 Commercial Disposable Face Mask production center, driving a 27% revenue increase for that business unit, with 0 serious injuries

• Managed cross-functional projects across multiple sites, delivering clear, actionable insights

• Reduced recordable injuries by 46% at Boeing, saving $240 K annually through targeted ergonomic improvements and data-driven process controls, despite work hour increases
