ABOUT YOUR CONSULTANT

Before founding Williams Consulting Firm, I spent over a decade leading Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs for Fortune 500 and high-risk industrial organizations across aerospace, manufacturing, nuclear power, construction, and maritime operations. That experience built the foundation for the consulting practice I run today, helping companies improve safety, compliance and performance through practical, data-driven safety management systems.

During my corporate tenure, I:

  • Launched Amazon’s sole COVID-19 Commercial Disposable Face Mask Production Center, contributing to a 27% revenue increase for the business unit while maintaining zero serious injuries.

  • Reduced recordable injuries by 46% at Boeing, saving over $240K annually through targeted ergonomic improvements and process controls—even with a significant increase in work hours.

  • Led cross-functional safety initiatives across multiple sites, using data and operational insights to deliver measurable performance improvements.

  • Earned the South Carolina Rising Star Award and Day & Zimmermann Betterment Awards (two consecutive years) for excellence in hazard mitigation and compliance leadership at nuclear facilities.

With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and certifications including OSHA 510, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt, I bring a systems-based, analytical approach to solving workplace safety challenges. My work blends engineering precision with human-centered leadership.

Today, through Williams Consulting Firm, I deliver enterprise-level systems and field-tested methods to organizations that need expert EHS support without the cost of a full-time hire. Whether you need interim leadership, OSHA citation abatement, Avetta/ISN compliance support, or a complete safety management system overhaul, I help align safety strategy with operational goals so your people stay safe, your compliance gaps close, and your business thrives.

My mission is simple: integrate safety into daily operations so your people stay safe and your organization performs at its best.
