Before founding Williams Consulting Firm, I spent over a decade leading Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) programs for Fortune 500 and high-risk industrial organizations across aerospace, manufacturing, nuclear power, construction, and maritime operations. That experience built the foundation for the consulting practice I run today, helping companies improve safety, compliance and performance through practical, data-driven safety management systems.

During my corporate tenure, I:

• Launched Amazon’s sole COVID-19 Commercial Disposable Face Mask Production Center, contributing to a 27% revenue increase for the business unit while maintaining zero serious injuries.
  

• Reduced recordable injuries by 46% at Boeing, saving over $240K annually through targeted ergonomic improvements and process controls—even with a significant increase in work hours.

With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and certifications including OSHA 510, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, ISO 9001 Internal Auditor, and Six Sigma Yellow Belt, I bring a systems-based, analytical approach to solving workplace safety challenges.
